STANDARD SIZE PRODUCTS

We hope that you are happy with the products! If there is any reason you would like to send the product back, then that's possibly within 14 days after receiving the product. Retourcosts are for the client. 

This is only possible for standard sizes! 

When there is a defect or other problem with the product, please send us an email, so we can fix the problem together!

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Please pay attention! The personalised products cannot be returned. All our products are specially made after order, but the products made on demand cannot be returned! 

Before ordering something on demand, we send a simulation for approval. After approval we send a special order link for the personalised product. 

Instructions 

When you decide to send the product back, let us know at info@studioselenite.com and give us the following data please:

- name
- ordernumber

When we recive the return, we will directly transfer the money back to your account. This can take up to 14 days.
When the product is used or damaged (without us knowing), we cannot take the product back. So take good care of the package when you want to send it back!
